Refund Policy

Web Design Services

Payments for custom web design projects are made in installments as a courtesy to our clients. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. This ensures that we can allocate resources and time for your project.

SEO and GMB Optimization Services

You may cancel SEO and/or Google My Business (GMB) Optimization services at any time with written notice. We require 30 days’ notice prior to cancellation. After the cancellation is processed, you will no longer be charged for any future services. However, past service fees are non-refundable.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated by your credit card company or bank, your services will be suspended immediately without notice. A chargeback fee will be charged to recover costs from the credit card company, and any outstanding balances due to the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored. Any further work will not be done until the payment is settled.

Note: Requesting a chargeback for a valid charge from us is considered fraud and will be contested.

Cancellation Policy

Web Design Services

To cancel a web design project, please submit a written request to info@nksdigitalsolutions.com. Payments made toward custom design services are non-refundable, as they cover time, labor, and resources already invested.

SEO /GMB Optimization Services and Monthy Social Media Management

You may cancel SEO and GMB Optimization services by providing 30 days’ notice. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will not be charged for any future services. Any fees for services rendered up until the cancellation date are non-refundable.

Early Termination of Contracts

If you are under a contract with us and wish to terminate early, cancellation fees may apply based on the remaining term of the contract. You will be billed for work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Force Majeure

If unexpected events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters or emergencies) affect service delivery, both parties may agree to temporarily suspend or modify services. Cancellation fees may be waived based on the situation.

- Your name and contact information
- The service(s) you wish to cancel
- A brief explanation of the reason for the cancellation
